What this page covers
This page explains what we collect when you visit this website or write to us, and how we keep it private.
What we collect
If you use the contact form, we receive the name you'd like us to use, your email address, phone number, how it is okay to reach you, and your message. Please don't put medical details in the message. We collect only what you send us.
How we use it
We use your message to reply to you and to arrange a first session. We don't sell your information.
Records and confidentiality
We keep your records private and share them only as the law allows. What you tell your counselor is confidential, with limits the law sets, such as a serious risk of harm to you or someone else, or a report the law requires. Your counselor explains these limits at your first session.
Reaching you without anyone noticing
If you share a phone, a device or an account with someone, a message from us may be seen by them. Tell us how it is okay to reach you, and we will use only that. The Quick exit button at the top of every page takes you to another website at once. Closing a page doesn't clear your browser history, and a private window can help.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete messages that are not part of a clinical record, by writing to the email address on the contact page.
Changes
If this page changes, the new version replaces this one here.
